About Compliance Radar

South African compliance, quietly handled — built in Cape Town, hosted in af-south-1.

Why we exist

South African employers carry a heavy, ever-shifting compliance load — POPIA, the Labour Relations Act, OHSA, bargaining-council returns, driver and vehicle credentials, equipment certificates, and more. Most small and mid-sized businesses track all of it in spreadsheets, inboxes, and someone's memory. Compliance Radar exists to make that load quiet: one system that knows what's due, what's expiring, and what's missing — before it becomes a problem.

What we do

  • Track employee, vehicle, company, and equipment credentials with automatic expiry reminders.
  • Generate and manage compliance policies, with a built-in assistant grounded in your own documents.
  • Prepare bargaining-council returns and other statutory forms from your payroll data.
  • Keep a POPIA-grade audit log on every action, so you can always show your work.

Where your data lives

Your primary database is hosted on AWS infrastructure in the af-south-1 (Cape Town) region. Sensitive fields are encrypted at rest, every company's data is strictly isolated, and all access is logged. You can read more on our Security page.

Built in South Africa

Compliance Radar is built and operated from Cape Town, for South African businesses and the local regulatory environment. We're a focused team, not a faceless platform — if you need us, you can reach a human. See our Contact page.

Compliance Radar provides compliance tooling and information to help you manage your obligations. It does not provide legal advice and is not a substitute for a qualified professional.
